We had a wonderful experience with Jacob! We'd tried out a couple of different agencies/realtors prior to meeting him and the experience was mediocre in comparison. We ran into some common tactics amongst realtors that we didn't care for, so we kept looking. When we met Jacob it was a great change of pace. He listened carefully to what we wanted, our budget, etc, without trying to sway us out of our price range, or pressure us into properties that we weren't interested in. He's an honest and ethical worker in a field where sharky methods are, unfortunately, easy to stumble across. I highly recommend giving him a shot if you're looking to buy a new home, or sell your current one.
